Processing Time
Each Xanh La Handmade item is handmade and carefully packed in Hanoi, Vietnam. Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days after the order has been successfully confirmed.
Shipping Rates & Destinations
We ship internationally from Hanoi, Vietnam to most countries worldwide.
- United States: Free shipping.
- United Kingdom: Free shipping.
- Other destinations: The applicable shipping rate is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We do not currently offer domestic shipping within Vietnam.
International Shipping & Taxes
International orders may be handled and delivered by trusted carriers such as USPS, YunExpress, SingPost, DHL, and other local or international shipping partners.
Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days from the date your order is dispatched and a tracking number is issued. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.
The product price and shipping charge shown at checkout include all applicable taxes and customs-clearance fees. You will not need to pay additional charges when receiving your order.
Tracking
Every order is provided with a tracking number. As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Delivery times are estimates based on standard shipping service. If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, please contact us at xanhlahandmade@gmail.com.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment, submit a claim where appropriate, and provide the most suitable resolution, which may include reshipping the order or issuing a refund.
